The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for an experienced F&B Operations Manager in Co. Wicklow.

Our client is seeking an ambitious and hands-on hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to maintaining outstanding guest satisfaction standards.

As F&B Operations Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day management of all food and beverage outlets within the property. You will work closely with senior management to ensure smooth operations, strong financial performance, and exceptional service delivery across all departments.

The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with excellent operational knowledge, people management experience, and a passion for hospitality.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of all food and beverage departments.
• Lead, train, and motivate management and operational teams.
• Ensure exceptional customer service standards are consistently delivered.
• Manage staffing levels, rosters, and operational efficiencies.
• Monitor financial performance, budgets, and departmental targets.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Work closely with senior management on service improvements and business development strategies.
• Maintain high standards across service, presentation, and guest experience.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance management of team members.
• Drive a positive and professional workplace culture.

The Must Requirements to be Considered

• Must have experience in Hospitality.
• Must have experience in the same role or be ready to step forward in their career.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proven ability to manage busy food and beverage operations.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Financial and commercial awareness within hospitality operations.
• Living in Ireland and have the right to work in ROI.
• Visa and Relocation packages are not provided.
