Role: F&B Duty Manager
Location: Waterford
Salary: €32,500

The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for an F&B Duty Manager in Waterford.

This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of all food and beverage outlets while delivering excellent guest experiences. The successful candidate will lead teams, maintain service standards, and support the overall success of the department.

Essential Requirements

  • Must have experience in Hospitality
  • Must have experience in the same role or be ready to step forward in the career
  • Living in Ireland and have the right to work in ROI

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support the management of daily food and beverage operations.
  • Lead, motivate and supervise F&B team members.
  • Ensure exceptional guest service across all outlets.
  • Monitor service standards and maintain operational excellence.
  • Assist with staff training, coaching and development.
  • Manage staffing levels and support rota planning.
  • Monitor stock control and minimise wastage.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally.
  • Support the delivery of departmental sales and revenue targets.
  • Work closely with all hotel departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Carry out any other duties as required.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Previous experience in an F&B Supervisor, Assistant Manager or Duty Manager role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Passion for customer service and hospitality excellence.
  • Experience managing busy food and beverage operations.
  • Knowledge of food safety and health & safety regulations.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good financial awareness and commercial understanding.
  • Flexible approach to working hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Strong commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences.
