Factory Manager

Noel Group are looking to hire a Factory Manager, on behalf of our international manufacturing client, on their Co Meath site.

In this role you will be responsible for building and leading all teams within the site and all day to day site based activities.

Key responsibilities:

• Overall management of operational KPIs on site to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Provide regular updates to Operations Manager, Group Managers & Leadership Team.
• Further developing a high-performance organisation, steer an operational excellence approach.
• Launch CAPEX investments to keep up with the technological innovations.
• Create a healthy work culture in line with their values. Remain an employer of choice.
• Travel other manufacturing sites in Europe as required

Minimum requirements:

• Experience leading a site with lean management and continuous improvement
• 5 years+ senior management experience in a manufacturing company
• Excellent operational, financial management and health & safety management track record
