As part of our continued growth and success, we’re expanding our team and looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to specialise in Facilities Management roles across Ireland.

The Role:

As a Facilities Management Recruitment Consultant, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing your own recruitment desk within the FM space (Hard & Soft Services)

• Developing new business and nurturing existing client relationships

• Sourcing, screening, and placing candidates in permanent, contract, or temporary roles

• Conducting client site visits and maintaining high levels of client engagement

• Working to achievable monthly and quarterly targets

• Using your market knowledge to stay ahead of industry trends and talent demands

We’re Looking For:

• Experience in agency recruitment or B2B sales (FM sector experience an advantage)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• A self-starter with a proactive approach to business development

• The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• A team player with a desire to grow and succeed in a performance-driven culture
