Job Opportunity: Executive Administrator
Location: Dublin Area
Salary: €52, 239 (6 months)
Annual Leave: 30 days per annum
About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the effective day-to-day operations of a dynamic work area. As Executive Administrator, you will have responsibility for overseeing your designated area, supporting the implementation of work programmes, facilitating meetings, and contributing to the achievement of goals outlined in Pillar and Team Plans.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
The main responsibilities of the role include:
- Providing high-quality administrative support to the Organization (Public Sector), including project coordination and day-to-day management.
- Supervising clerical staff, where assigned, and liaising with other (Public Sector) sections as required.
- Monitoring progress against plans, budgets, and managing risks and issues to ensure strong governance and quality control.
- Prioritising tasks to meet daily deadlines and ensuring service delivery to a high standard.
- Following agreed procedures and processes consistently.
- Planning and managing both scheduled and unscheduled tasks to meet output standards.
- Quality-assuring documentation and preparing reports, summaries, and presentations as required.
- Servicing meetings and committees, as needed.
- Reviewing, maintaining, and updating administrative systems and procedures regularly.
- Managing filing systems, records, and databases efficiently, while optimising the use of IT.

Essential Requirements
Education, Training, Experience
Candidates must have:
- (i) Obtained at least Grade D (Pass) in five subjects (or four, if including Irish) in the Leaving Certificate (Established) or Leaving Certificate Vocational Programme;
OR - (ii) Achieved a comparable standard in an equivalent examination;
OR - (iii) Hold a third-level qualification at degree level or higher.
