Events Bar Staff – Cork

We are currently recruiting experienced Events Bar Staff to work on a temporary, part-time, event‑to‑event basis across Cork. This role is ideal for professional bartenders who enjoy flexible work and delivering high standards of service at busy events.

Previous bar experience is mandatory for this role.

About the Role

As part of our Events Bar Team, you will:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages
• Work efficiently behind busy event bars
• Provide friendly, professional customer service
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organisation of bar areas
• Handle high‑volume service with confidence and accuracy
• Support smooth bar operations during events
• Work as part of a professional hospitality team

Essential Requirements

These are mandatory:

• Previous bartending experience
• Ability to work in a busy event environment
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and event schedules
• Well‑presented and team‑focused
