Summer is here and Dublin’s kitchens are heating up.

We’re on the lookout for experienced Chefs to jump into an exciting mix of events, hotels, hospitality venues, and top event spaces across the city. If you love fast-paced kitchens, variety in your work, and being part of a buzzing service, this is a great opportunity to get stuck in.

What’s Cooking

• Working across Dublin’s busiest hotels, events, and hospitality venues
• Preparing and presenting high-quality dishes to consistent standards
• Supporting busy kitchen teams during peak service and large-scale functions
• Adapting quickly to different menus, venues, and service styles
• Maintaining excellent food hygiene, safety, and HACCP standards

What We’re Looking For

• Previous chef experience is essential
• Experience in hotels, events, or high-volume kitchens is a strong advantage
• Comfortable working in fast-moving, high-energy environments
• Strong culinary skills with attention to presentation and consistency
• Valid Food Safety Level 2 (HACCP) and Manual Handling certificates required
• Flexible, reliable, and ready to hit the ground running
• Driving licence is a bonus but not essential
