The Opportunity

• Join a leading building services contractor delivering projects across Ireland, the UK & Europe
• Take full ownership of high-value electrical projects from start to completion
• Work across major sectors including pharma, data centres, healthcare & commercial
• Play a key role in project delivery, coordination, and client interaction
• Excellent opportunity for a driven PM to step into a high-impact position

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project setup, including review of drawings, specs & technical submissions
• Manage RFIs, labour tracking, progress reporting & project documentation
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and main contractors
• Oversee materials, plant, and programme delivery to ensure timelines are met
• Drive commissioning, snagging, and full project handover processes

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager or senior site-based role
• Strong track record delivering large-scale electrical or M&E projects
• Relevant qualification in Construction or Project Management (preferred)
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage site operations
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
