We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Junior Duty Manager to join our dynamic hotel team.
The Junior Duty Manager will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the hotel, and provide exceptional service to our guests.
Responsibilities
- Assisting the Duty Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring high standards of service delivery
- Providing support and guidance to staff in various departments
- Handling guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and efficient manner
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Supervising staff and monitoring their performance to ensure high levels of productivity and customer satisfaction
- Assisting in managing hotel facilities and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Participating in the training and development of staff to maintain a skilled and motivated team
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a hospitality or hotel management role
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of hotel operations and guest service standards
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Day-to-day
- Coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth operation
- Assisting in resolving guest issues and providing exceptional service
- Monitoring staff performance and providing support and guidance
- Assisting in maintaining health and safety standards
- Participating in training and development activities
Hours
Full-time, with varying shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
