Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Junior Duty Manager to join our dynamic hotel team.
The Junior Duty Manager will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the hotel, and provide exceptional service to our guests.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the Duty Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring high standards of service delivery
• Providing support and guidance to staff in various departments
• Handling guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and efficient manner
• Coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Supervising staff and monitoring their performance to ensure high levels of productivity and customer satisfaction
• Assisting in managing hotel facilities and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
• Participating in the training and development of staff to maintain a skilled and motivated team

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a hospitality or hotel management role
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of hotel operations and guest service standards
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Day-to-day

• Coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth operation
• Assisting in resolving guest issues and providing exceptional service
• Monitoring staff performance and providing support and guidance
• Assisting in maintaining health and safety standards
• Participating in training and development activities

Hours

Full-time, with varying shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
