The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to recruit an experienced Duty Manager for their dynamic property in the heart of Dublin City Centre.

As Duty Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery across all departments. You will act as the key point of contact for guests and staff, maintaining smooth operations while leading by example. Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring consistent service excellence.

• Manage and coordinate banqueting, F&B operations, ensuring events run seamlessly.

• Support Heads of Department in delivering efficient and effective service.

• Act as the main point of contact for guest queries, feedback, and complaints.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety, and brand standards.

• Motivate, train, and support staff, fostering a culture of professionalism and teamwork.

• Handle emergency situations and resolve operational challenges promptly.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a hotel Duty Manager or supervisory role.

• Strong background in banqueting and events management.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Living in Ireland with the right to work in ROI.
