We are proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for an experienced Duty Manager to join their team in Ballsbridge, Dublin.

As a Duty Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the hotel, managing staff, and ensuring that guests have an outstanding experience. You will oversee various hotel departments and provide leadership to maintain the highest standards of service, professionalism, and efficiency.

Our client is a well-established, luxury hotel located in the heart of Ballsbridge, Dublin. Duties:

  • Supervise daily operations of the hotel, ensuring all departments (front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage) run efficiently.
  • Lead, train, and motivate staff to maintain high service standards.
  • Manage guest relations and handle any escalated complaints or issues to ensure a positive experience.
  • Ensure all health and safety policies and procedures are followed.
  • Assist in financial tasks such as managing budgets, controlling costs, and optimising operational efficiency.
  • Take charge during shifts and act as the primary point of contact for both guests and staff.
  • Work closely with senior management to implement strategic goals and enhance hotel operations.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a Duty Manager or supervisory role in the hospitality industry is essential.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on customer service.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Must be living in Ireland and have the right to work in the Republic of Ireland.
  • Visa and relocation packages are not provided for this position.
