Duty Manager

Job description

The Noel Group are seeking a dedicated and experienced Hotel Duty Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Client hotel.
The ideal Duty Manager will have strong leadership skills and a background in food and beverage management.

The Hotel Duty Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the hotel, including overseeing the F&B outlets and leading a team of hospitality professionals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the hotel’s operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and F&B outlets
• Manage and motivate a diverse team of hospitality professionals
• Ensure excellent guest experiences and handle any guest concerns or issues
• Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service throughout the hotel
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial management
• Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all guests and staff

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Duty Manager, Supervisor role within a hotel or hospitality setting
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of F&B operations and experience in multi-outlet management
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proven ability to make decisions and solve problems effectively
• Living in Ireland and having the right to work in ROI
• Visa sponsorship and relocation assistance are not provided

Day-to-day

The Hotel Duty Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hotel, including conducting regular inspections of all guest areas, coordinating with department heads, and ensuring that guests receive exceptional service at all times.

The Hours

This is a full-time position that may require evening, weekend, and holiday availability to oversee operations during peak times.
