Here at The Noel Group we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Group Director of Sales & Marketing to lead our Client sales and marketing teams in Ireland and UK.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and brand awareness.
This role will require strategic thinking, strong leadership skills, and a passion for creating innovative sales and marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company targets
• Lead and mentor the sales and marketing teams to drive performance and exceed goals
• Oversee the creation of compelling marketing materials and messaging
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of sales and marketing efforts
• Analyze market trends and customer behavior to identify new opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and brand awareness
• Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer behavior
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred

Day-to-day

• Developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies
• Leading and motivating the sales and marketing teams
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure alignment
• Analyzing market trends and customer behavior

Hours

This is a full-time position, with occasional evenings and weekends required to attend industry events and client meetings.

Salary

Salary for this position is competitive with 15% of bonus
