Here at The Noel Group, we are looking for a Hotel Director of Sales and Marketing for our Cline in Dublin 4.

The Hotel Director of Sales and Marketing is responsible for developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue and maximize profitability for a Dublin 4 hotel. This role requires a dynamic and results-oriented leader with a proven track record in the hospitality industry.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to attract and retain guests, including corporate, leisure, and group market segments.
• Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, public relations, and traditional advertising.
• Utilize revenue management tools and techniques to optimize pricing and maximize revenue.
• Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals, providing training, coaching, and mentorship.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, analyze competitor activity, and inform strategic decision-making.
• Prepare and analyze sales reports to track performance, identify opportunities, and measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
• Manage public relations efforts to enhance the hotel’s reputation and visibility.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior sales and marketing role within the hospitality industry
• Strong understanding of the Dublin 4 market and competitive landscape
• Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and driving market share
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Proficiency in sales and marketing software and tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Essential Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior sales and marketing role within the hospitality industry
• Certification in revenue management or marketing
• Experience in a hotel environment
• Living In Ireland and having the right to work in ROI
