The Noel Group are proud to be partnering with a leading Irish hotel group to appoint a Digital Marketing Manager to oversee the digital strategy a portfolio of market-leading hotels in the West of Ireland. This is a high-visibility role within a central marketing function, offering genuine strategic input, leadership responsibility, and strong career progression.

Reporting to Group Digital Marketing Manager, you will take full ownership of digital marketing strategy and online performance for a defined cluster of four hotels in the West of Ireland. You will lead digital revenue growth initiatives, manage budgets, oversee website performance, and drive ROI across all digital channels.

This role is primarily based in one of the clustered hotels in Galway and requires regular travel to Limerick. Access to your own transport would be greatly preferred for this role.

Responsibilities of a Digital Marketing Manager

  • Own and drive overall digital marketing output and online performance across the clustered properties
  • Implement and improve PPC, SEO, Display and Email/CRM campaigns to drive direct bookings and maximise ROI
  • Oversee hotel website management, ensuring content accuracy, conversion optimisation and seamless customer journeys
  • Monitor performance metrics and provide practical insights through structured reporting (weekly digital reporting & monthly P&L reporting)
  • Manage digital marketing budgets and annual media plans with strong campaign oversight
  • Lead key digital and brand projects including new offer launches, brand positioning initiatives and website builds
  • Build strong working relationships with hotel General Managers and senior stakeholders
  • Directly manage 1-2 Marketing Executives, fostering a proactive and high-performance team culture
  • Work closely with group-level marketing leadership on overall strategy and digital direction

Requirements for a Digital Marketing Manager

  • Minimum 4+ years’ digital marketing and eCommerce experience
  • Direct experience managing hotel websites and online booking journeys
  • Strong working knowledge of PPC, SEO and Email Marketing
  • Experience managing agency partners and third-party suppliers
  • Strong analytical ability with experience interpreting performance data and driving improvements
  • Proven budget management experience
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Confident, ambitious and proactive with a strong commercial mindset
  • Hospitality industry experience highly desirable
