The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager for a long-established, family-run hotel in Limerick.
This is a standalone Digital Marketing Manager position, offering full ownership of the hotel’s marketing and digital strategy. You will lead all aspects of the hotel’s online presence, brand positioning, and digital performance, working closely with senior management to support revenue growth, market visibility, and long-term business objectives.
Initially, the role will require 5 days onsite, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the business, its culture, and its growth plans.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Own and manage the hotel’s overall digital marketing strategy

Website management, optimisation, and ongoing content updates

Drive SEO strategy and improve online visibility and search rankings

Develop and execute social media strategy, content planning, and engagement

Plan, manage, and optimise digital advertising campaigns across relevant platforms

Lead brand development and ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints

Support revenue management and sales strategy through targeted campaigns

Analyse performance metrics, reporting on ROI and campaign effectiveness

Work closely with senior management to align marketing activity with business growth plans

Manage external suppliers, agencies, and creative partners as required
Must-Have Requirements

Proven experience in a Digital Marketing role within the hospitality industry

Experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or a Senior Digital Marketing Executive ready to step forward in their career

Strong knowledge of website management, SEO, social media, and digital advertising

Commercial mindset with the ability to link marketing activity to revenue outcomes

Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Living in Ireland with full right to work in the Republic of Ireland

Salary & Benefits

Salary: €50,000 per annum (negotiable depending on experience)

8-hour working day with no reduction for break time
