Position: Deputy General Manager
Location: Ennis, Co. Clare
Salary: €50,000 per annum

The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for a Deputy General Manager in Ennis, Co. Clare. This is a key leadership role within a well-established hotel, supporting the General Manager in the day-to-day operations and overall performance of the business.

The successful candidate will play a vital role in driving operational excellence, leading teams across all departments, and ensuring the highest standards of guest experience.

The Duties:

• Support the General Manager in overseeing daily hotel operations across all departments
• Lead, motivate, and develop departmental teams to achieve operational and service excellence
• Ensure consistent delivery of high standards in guest service and customer satisfaction
• Monitor financial performance, budgets, and cost control measures
• Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance management
• Handle guest feedback, complaints, and ensure timely resolution
• Drive sales initiatives and support revenue growth across the property
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations

The Must Requirements to be Considered:

• Must have experience in Hospitality
• Must have experience in a Deputy General Manager role or be ready to step forward in their career
• Strong operational knowledge across rooms division, food & beverage, and front office
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Commercial awareness with experience in budgeting and cost control
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Living in Ireland and have the right to work in ROI
• Visa and Relocation packages are not provided
