As the Deli Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the deli counter, ensuring the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and customer service. You will lead and inspire your team to deliver an exceptional deli experience, while managing inventory, meeting sales targets, and ensuring compliance with all relevant food safety regulations.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the deli counter, ensuring smooth and efficient service.

• Lead, train, and motivate the deli team to deliver exceptional customer service and meet performance goals.

• Manage stock levels, monitor waste, and place orders to ensure consistent availability of fresh products.

• Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness in line with HACCP regulations.

• Monitor and achieve sales targets and profitability goals for the deli department.

• Develop and implement attractive product displays and promotions to drive customer engagement.

• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally, ensuring a positive resolution.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a deli management or supervisory role within the food retail industry.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.

• Knowledge of food safety and HACCP standards is essential.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Proven track record in meeting sales targets and managing inventory.

• Must be living in Ireland and have the right to work in the Republic of Ireland.

• Visa and relocation packages are NOT provided.
