Key Responsibilities

• Preparing sandwiches, wraps, salads, and hot food items
• Assisting with food preparation and presentation
• Maintaining high standards of food hygiene and cleanliness
• Serving customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Stock rotation and replenishment
• Supporting the kitchen and deli team during busy periods
• Following HACCP and food safety procedures

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience in a deli, café, kitchen, or food service environment is desirable but not essential
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to cleanliness and food safety
• A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
• Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and shifts as required
