Customer Service Representative

Job description

We are recruiting a customer service representative who will play a vital role supporting the sales team, for a leading international manufacturing client based in Walkinstown.

In this role you will support customers on a variety of queries relating to enquiries an orders while also providing some sales administration to the sales team.

The role will suit someone who has previous customer service or sales support experience and enjoys interreacting with customers.

Key responsibilities:

• Liaise directly with customers by phone and email in relation to open quotes, orders in progress and other general queries.
• Liaise with internal departments such as sales, production and manufacturing ensuring clear communication.
• Upload sales orders onto internal systems and effectively track queries and projects.
• Process sales orders.

Minimum requirements:

• 2+ years in an office based customer service environment or sales administration.
• Excellent administration skills.
• Business level fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Must be living within a short commute of Dublin 12.
