Noel Group are hiring a customer service representative to join their client in Dublin. This is a full time permanent role, which requires flexibility.

The ideal candidate will be friendly, positive, with a target driven mindset. They must be an excellent communicator who can adapt easily to new environments and personalities as they will be interacting with many people from various cultures and backgrounds.

Like most busy businesses, things can sometimes run at a fast pace which can be stressful at times. The ideal candidate should be able to manage stressful, and, at times unusual, situations while being able to maintain good customer service.

The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail and will be a natural team player.

Your day will consist of handling customer queries. This can be done either over the phone or face to face. Your drive every day is to hit your monthly targets, this can be achieved through excellent customer relations. As the day becomes busier, you need to be able to identify and priorities the customer’s needs. This can take patience and empathy depending on the situation, in this way you will be providing superior customer service. The goal for the everyday is to provided such a service, that the customers will return again and again.

Requirements:

• Fluent English speaker
• Full Irish driving licence (min 2years)
• Previous sales experience a distinct advantage
