Job Title: Customer Service & Warranty Support Agent
Location: Park West, Dublin
Salary: Up to €32,500 per annum

The Noel Group is delighted to partner with a well-established client in the motor industry to recruit a Customer Service & Warranty Support Agent. Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries received from multiple channels in a timely and professional manner.

• Understand and respond to customer needs, striving to exceed expectations at all times.

• Review and process warranty claims and payments with clients.

• Prepare, present, and maintain customer service and warranty reports.

• Deal with customer and warranty-related queries from B2B customers.

• Contribute as part of a dynamic, evolving team working towards shared service standards.

• Take personal ownership of enquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.

Knowledge & Skills

• Highly motivated, passionate, and customer-focused.

• Previous customer service experience within the motor industry is an advantage (training provided).

• Strong communication skills, with professionalism and warmth when engaging with customers.

• Adaptability and confidence in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Prior experience in customer-facing roles required.

Package

• Salary: €32,500 per annum.

• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm.
