Role: Customer Insights & CRM Specialist
Location: Kildare-based, hybrid (2 days per week in office)

Job Type: Full-time role
Department: Marketing – Digital/Data & Insights Teams

Team Structure & Work Environment

  • The successful candidate will be joining a team of 5 digital and insights team, within a larger team of 15 across insights, marketing, and customer engagement.
  • Hybrid working model with 2 days in the office in Kildare and flexibility around remote work.

Key Things This Person Will Do

  • Use CRM data to create targeted marketing campaigns that enhance fan experience and drive increased attendance at events.
  • Implement and optimise customer segmentation strategies to ensure personalised, relevant communications.
  • Analyse customer behaviour, campaign performance, and engagement using CRM and social data.
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance with GDPR and data protection regulations.
  • Collaborate with marketing and racecourse teams to create a seamless, data-driven fan experience.


What Makes Someone a Great Fit

We’re looking for someone who understands the power of customer data and how it can drive engagement and retention. The right person for this role will:

  • Have at least 2 years of experience in CRM, email marketing, or customer insights, preferably using platforms like DotDigital, Mailchimp, Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365, or Salesforce.
  • Be analytical, with a strong ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Be comfortable with automation and personalization in email marketing and surveys.
  • Have great problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
  • Understand GDPR and data protection best practices.
  • Have a background in the sports or entertainment industry (helpful but not essential).

Compensation & Start Date

  • Salary expectations: Competitive, €31-47K.
  • Start date: ASAP
