Construction Manager – Residential & Conservation

A leading Irish Head Contractor delivering new apartment developments and conservation / heritage projects is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join their Dublin-based team.

Role Overview:

• Lead on-site delivery of projects from start to finish
• Manage site teams, subcontractors, and programme
• Ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard
• Coordinate closely with Design, Commercial, and Client teams

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Construction Manager in Ireland
• Track record delivering construction projects in Ireland
• Strong background in residential apartments and/or conservation works
• Excellent leadership and site management skills
• Degree or trade qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline
• Must have the right to work in Ireland (no sponsorship)
