The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for a Conference & Banqueting Manager in South Dublin.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Bar Manager or Restaurant Manager looking to take the next step in their career into a senior, events-focused leadership role within a well-established property.The Conference & Banqueting Manager will be responsible for overseeing all C&B operations, ensuring the seamless delivery of events, conferences, and banqueting services to the highest standard. The successful candidate will lead from the front, managing teams, coordinating with key departments, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee all C&B events from planning to delivery
• Lead, train, and schedule your team
• Ensure top service standards and guest satisfaction
• Drive revenue and control costs
• Work with Sales & Events to secure and run functions
• Manage stock, budgets, and AV equipment
• Maintain high standards, SOPs, and compliance

What You’ll Need

• Experience in C&B or F&B management (hotel preferred)
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Customer-focused with a hands-on approach
• Good commercial awareness
• Flexibility to work evenings/weekends
