Concrete Foreman – Dublin / Leinster

Salary: €65,000 – €75,000 + Benefits


Lead Concrete Delivery on High-Rise RC Frame Projects

A leading construction contractor is seeking an experienced Concrete Foreman to take ownership of reinforced concrete works across major projects in Dublin and Leinster. This is a key site leadership role on large-scale, multi-storey developments.


The Role

  • Take full responsibility for delivery of all reinforced concrete works (foundations, columns, slabs, cores)
  • Lead and coordinate site crews and subcontractors to achieve programme, quality, and productivity targets
  • Drive health & safety standards on site, ensuring full compliance with procedures and regulations
  • Monitor progress against programme, resolving sequencing and delivery challenges proactively
  • Work closely with engineers and site management to ensure technical accuracy and buildability

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Concrete Foreman on large RC frame construction projects
  • Strong knowledge of formwork systems, steel fixing, and concrete placement techniques
  • Experience delivering multi-storey (5+ storey) reinforced concrete structures
  • Ability to manage multiple teams in a fast-paced, high-output site environment
  • Strong understanding of drawings, specifications, and site health & safety requirements
