The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for a Commis Chef in Kilkenny.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and motivated chef at the early stages of their career to join a well-established and high-performing kitchen team. The successful candidate will support senior chefs in delivering high-quality dishes while developing their culinary skills in a structured and professional environment.

The Duties:

• Assist in the preparation and cooking of high-quality dishes across all service periods
• Support senior chefs in maintaining kitchen standards and consistency
• Ensure all food is prepared and presented to a high standard
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen
• Follow HACCP procedures and food safety regulations at all times
• Assist with stock rotation, storage, and deliveries
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service

The Must Requirements to be Considered:

• Must have experience in Hospitality
• Must have experience in a similar role or be ready to step forward in their career
• A passion for food and a strong willingness to learn and develop
• Good understanding of kitchen operations and food safety standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment as part of a team
• Living in Ireland and have the right to work in ROI
• Visa and relocation packages are not provided

The Salary & Benefits:
