Here at The Noel Group we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Combined Service Manager to join our Client team in Wicklow.
As a Combined Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the customer service and service delivery departments, ensuring exceptional service and support for our diverse clientele.
The Combined Service Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategy, advocating for your clients, encouraging dedication, driving engagement, and delivering positive financial results. Owns the operations of food service accounts by ensuring areas of responsibility meet objectives and client expectations.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the customer service and service delivery departments, ensuring smooth operations and optimal customer support
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and service delivery
- Lead and mentor a diverse team, fostering a culture of inclusivity and excellence
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication
- Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements to drive efficiency and client satisfaction
- Handle escalated customer issues and provide timely and effective resolutions
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously improve service delivery
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in customer service or service delivery
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices, including escalation management and performance metrics
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment while maintaining a focus on quality and client satisfaction

Day-to-day
- Overseeing customer service and service delivery operations

The Hours
- This is a full-time position
- Monday to Friday 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
