Coffee Shop Supervisor – Dublin 6
Salary: €33,000 per annum + tips

The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for a Coffee Shop Supervisor in Dublin 6. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional or a strong Senior Barista ready to take the next step in their career within a high-quality, customer-focused coffee concept.

As Coffee Shop Supervisor, you will support the day-to-day operations of the coffee shop, leading by example on the floor and ensuring exceptional customer service standards are delivered at all times. You will work closely with management to motivate the team, maintain quality, and create a welcoming environment for both customers and staff.

The Duties

• Support the daily operation of the coffee shop, ensuring smooth and efficient service

• Lead, motivate, and support the team during busy service periods

• Deliver exceptional customer service and handle customer queries professionally

• Ensure high standards of food quality, coffee preparation, and presentation

• Assist with staff training, onboarding, and performance support

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and health & safety standards at all times

• Support stock control, ordering, and waste management

• Open and close the coffee shop as required

The Must Requirements to Be Considered

• Must have experience in hospitality

• Must have experience in a similar supervisory role or be ready to step forward in your career

• Strong communication and people management skills

• Passion for coffee, service, and customer experience

• Living in Ireland and have the right to work in the Republic of Ireland

• Visa and relocation packages are not provided
