Role: Cluster Sales Manager
Location: Dublin City
Salary: up to €65,000 + 15% Bonus

The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for a Cluster Sales Manager in Dublin City.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales professional to drive revenue growth across a portfolio of hospitality properties. The successful candidate will focus on building strong commercial relationships, developing new business opportunities, and delivering ambitious sales targets.

The Role

• Develop and deliver sales strategies to maximise revenue and market share.
• Manage and grow corporate, leisure, MICE, and group business accounts.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities across key markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agencies, and industry partners.
• Work closely with hotel management teams to drive commercial performance.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.
• Attend networking events, trade shows, and industry functions.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Must have experience in Hospitality.
• Must have experience in the same role or be ready to step forward in the career.
• Living in Ireland and have the right to work in ROI.
• Visa and Relocation packages are not provided.
