Here at The Noel Group, we are recruiting a Cluster Sales Manager to join our Client in Dublin City Centre.
The Hotel Cluster Sales Manager oversees and coordinates sales efforts across multiple hotels within a cluster in Dublin city center. This role requires a dynamic, results-oriented leader with a proven track record in the hospitality industry.
Main responsibilities
- Building, managing and maintaining relationships with local companies.
- Negotiating rate agreements on a local level only.
- Assisting with RFPs as necessary.
- Seeking out and attracting corporate group business.
- Assist the Cluster Director of Sales & Marketing (CDOSM) in building and managing relationships with DMCs and any key local providers.
- Assist the CDOSM in building and managing relationships with key Tour Operators.
- Assist the CDOSM in executing the strategy for meetings & events in some properties.
Knowledge & Experience requirements
- Must have a minimum of 1-2 years of proactive hotel sales experience.
- Experience of the corporate market in Dublin City Centre is preferable, but not essential.
- Must be able to “Knock on doors” to get the business. Confident and experienced with cold calling and online and offline research.
- Persuasive negotiating skills and ability to convert business.
- Ability to achieve targets for appointments and converted business.
- Strong customer development and relationship management skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills (verbal, listening, writing) and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to use standard software applications and hotel systems.
- Effective decision-making skills.
Essential Requirements
- 1-2 years of proactive hotel sales experience
- Irish Hotel background
- Living in Ireland and having the right to work in ROI
- Relocation packages and Visa are NOT provided.

€50,000 to €55,000
