Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Clerical Officer to provide administrative and customer service support within a busy and professional environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations, maintaining accurate records, and delivering a high standard of customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer and public queries via telephone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
- Provide accurate information and assistance in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage and maintain records, filing systems, and databases.
- Perform data entry and ensure information is recorded accurately.
- Support managers and colleagues with administrative and clerical duties.
- Prepare, process, and distribute correspondence and documentation.
- Carry out general office duties including filing, photocopying, scanning, and document management.
- Assist with reception and front-of-house duties as required.
- Handle routine accounts and administrative tasks under supervision.
- Ensure compliance with organisational policies, procedures, and data protection requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
- Undertake any other reasonable duties as assigned.
Essential Requirements
- Leaving Certificate (or equivalent qualification) minimum.
- Previous administrative, clerical, customer service, or office support experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
- Experience using databases and multiple IT systems.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
