About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Civil Engineer to join our team for an exciting Active Travel Project in North Dublin. This role involves the design and delivery of sustainable transport infrastructure, including pedestrian and cycle routes, public realm enhancements, and associated civil works.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the design, coordination, and delivery of active travel infrastructure.

• Liaise with local authorities, design consultants, and contractors.

• Ensure compliance with relevant design standards (DMURS, TII, and NTA guidance).

• Manage site inspections, quality assurance, and health & safety compliance.

• Prepare technical reports, drawings, and specifications.

• Support project planning, budgeting, and stakeholder engagement.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering (Level 8 or equivalent).

• 3+ years’ experience in civil infrastructure or transport-related projects.

• Strong understanding of sustainable transport design and urban realm works.

• Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and MS Office.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Chartered or working towards chartership (advantageous).

• You have delivered civil projects in Ireland
