Chef – Wexford

We are currently recruiting experienced Chefs (all levels) for temporary hospitality assignments across Wexford and surrounding areas.

This is an excellent opportunity for chefs seeking full-time hours, flexible work, and the opportunity to work in a variety of hospitality environments.

About the Role

You will support a range of hospitality clients including hotels, cafés, restaurants, and contract catering operations.

Responsibilities may include:

• Preparing and cooking fresh meals to a high standard
• Supporting day-to-day kitchen operations
• Ensuring food safety and HACCP compliance
• Assisting with menu preparation and service
• Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment
• Working efficiently under pressure during service

What We’re Looking For

• Previous Chef experience (Commis Chef, Chef de Partie, Sous Chef, Senior Chef)
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
• Reliable and professional approach to work
• Ability to adapt to different kitchen environments
• Good communication and teamwork skills

🚗 A driving licence and access to a car is highly desirable, particularly for candidates travelling to different client sites.
