Chef – Waterford

We are currently recruiting experienced Chefs (all levels) for temporary hospitality assignments across Waterford.

This is an excellent opportunity for chefs looking for flexible work, consistent hours, and the chance to gain experience across a variety of professional kitchen environments.

About the Role

You will work across a range of hospitality settings including hotels, contract catering sites, cafés, and events.

Responsibilities may include:

• Preparing and cooking meals to a high standard
• Supporting daily kitchen operations and service
• Maintaining HACCP and food safety standards
• Assisting with menu preparation and food presentation
• Managing food preparation and service in a busy environment
• Working independently and as part of a kitchen team

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as a Chef (Commis Chef, Chef de Partie, Sous Chef, Senior Chef)
• Good understanding of HACCP and food safety procedures
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen
• Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
• Flexibility to work across different client sites

🚗 A driving licence and access to a car is a strong advantage, but not essential.
