We are currently recruiting experienced Chefs (all levels) for temporary hospitality assignments in Tralee and surrounding areas of County Kerry.

Whether you are a Commis Chef, Chef de Partie, Sous Chef, or Senior Chef, we have opportunities available across hotels, contract catering sites, cafés, restaurants, and hospitality venues.

About the Role

Responsibilities may include:

• Preparing and cooking meals to a high standard
• Supporting daily kitchen operations and service
• Maintaining HACCP and food safety standards
• Assisting with menu preparation and food presentation
• Working effectively as part of a kitchen team
• Ensuring consistency, quality, and efficiency during service
• Adapting to different kitchen environments as required

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as a Chef
• Strong knowledge of food safety, HACCP, and kitchen hygiene
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen environment
• Reliable, professional, and well-organised
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to work across different hospitality sites

🚗 A driving licence and access to a car would be a strong advantage, but is not essential.
