The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the catering industry to recruit a Chef de Partie for their brand-new, state-of-the-art kitchen in Cork. This is a Monday-to-Friday daytime position, offering excellent work-life balance with free weekends, new equipment, and an opportunity to be part of an exciting culinary operation.

Key Duties

• Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes in your assigned section.

• Assist in the creation and development of menus, incorporating fresh and local ingredients.

• Maintain high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness, and safety at all times.

• Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the daily operation of the kitchen.

• Manage stock levels, rotation, and waste control efficiently.

• Ensure consistency and quality across all dishes and service periods.

• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture.

Requirements

• Previous experience working as a Chef de Partie in a professional kitchen.

• Strong knowledge of food preparation, kitchen operations, and HACCP standards.

• Passion for fresh, seasonal, and locally sourced ingredients.

• Excellent communication and organisation skills.

• Ability to work well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Must be living in Ireland and have the right to work in the Republic of Ireland.

• Visa and relocation packages are not provided.
