Role: Chef de Partie
Location: Dublin 15
Salary: €17.25 – €17.50 per hour
Time: Wednesday to Sunday 11:00 am to 7:30 pm

The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for a Chef de Partie in Diswellstown, Dublin.
This role is ideal for a passionate chef looking to develop their career within a busy and professional kitchen. You will support the senior kitchen team, maintain food quality standards, and contribute to a positive dining experience for members and guests.

Key Responsibilities

* Prepare and present dishes to a consistently high standard.
* Support the Head Chef and Senior Chef with daily kitchen operations.
* Ensure all food safety, hygiene, and HACCP procedures are followed.
* Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and stock control.
* Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient work environment.
* Work closely with the kitchen team to deliver an excellent food offering.

Additional Information

* Must have own transport, as the club is not easily accessible by public transport.
* Reporting to a Senior Chef who has been with the club for many years.
* Pay rate: €17.25 – €17.50 per hour.
* Working days are mainly Wednesday to Sunday.
* Restaurant is generally closed on Mondays and Tuesdays unless there is an event.
* Typical working hours are from 11:00/11:30am to approximately 7:30/8:00pm.

Requirements

* Must have experience in Hospitality.
* Must have experience in the same role or be ready to step forward in the career.
* Living in Ireland and have the right to work in ROI.
* Visa and Relocation packages are not provided.
