Role: Chef de Partie
Location: Wexford
Salary: 35k to 38k
The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for a Chef de Partie in Wexfordt.
The Duties
-
Prepare ingredients and complete mise en place for daily service.

Cook and plate dishes according to recipes and company standards.

Maintain cleanliness and organisation within your section.

Monitor stock levels and communicate shortages to senior chefs.

Ensure food storage and stock rotation procedures are followed.

Support junior team members and assist with training when required.

Maintain HACCP and food safety compliance at all times.

Assist in reducing waste and controlling food costs.
Requirements
-
Must have experience in Hospitality.
-
Must have experience in the same role or be ready to step forward in the career.
-
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef experience preferred.

Strong knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations.
-
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
-
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
-
Living in Ireland and have the right to work in ROI.
