Role: Chef de Partie
Location: Wexford
Salary: 35k to 38k

The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for a Chef de Partie in Wexfordt.

The Duties

  • Prepare ingredients and complete mise en place for daily service.

  • Cook and plate dishes according to recipes and company standards.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation within your section.

  • Monitor stock levels and communicate shortages to senior chefs.

  • Ensure food storage and stock rotation procedures are followed.

  • Support junior team members and assist with training when required.

  • Maintain HACCP and food safety compliance at all times.

  • Assist in reducing waste and controlling food costs.

Requirements

  • Must have experience in Hospitality.

  • Must have experience in the same role or be ready to step forward in the career.

  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef experience preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations.

  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.

  • Living in Ireland and have the right to work in ROI.

  • Visa and Relocation packages are not provided.
