Noel Group is currently recruiting an experienced and passionate Chef de Partie on behalf of a prestigious 5-star hotel in Co. Kildare.

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented chef to join a high-performing kitchen team within one of Ireland’s leading luxury hospitality destinations. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences while working in a professional and supportive environment.

Responsibilities of a Chef de Partie

  • Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes to consistently excellent standards
  • Take responsibility for a designated section within the kitchen
  • Support senior chefs in the smooth day-to-day operation of the kitchen
  • Ensure food preparation and presentation meet 5-star hotel standards
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness at all times
  • Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and stock rotation
  • Work collaboratively with the wider kitchen team to ensure efficient service
  • Assist with training and mentoring junior kitchen staff when required

Requirements of a Chef de Partie

  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong experience as a Commis Chef ready to progress
  • Experience working in a high-volume or luxury hospitality environment preferred
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and HACCP procedures
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in busy kitchen
  • Passion for high-quality food and attention to detail
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Full eligibility to work in Ireland
