The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for an experienced and passionate Chef de Partie in Killarney.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated culinary professional to join a well-established hospitality property known for its commitment to quality, guest satisfaction, and exceptional dining experiences. The successful candidate will play a key role within the kitchen brigade, supporting senior chefs in delivering consistently high food standards while maintaining a professional and efficient kitchen environment.

The Duties

  • Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes within your designated section.
  • Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen.
  • Ensure all food preparation and presentation meet company standards.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness at all times.
  • Monitor portion control and minimise food wastage.
  • Assist with stock rotation, ordering, and inventory control.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
  • Train and support junior kitchen staff where required.
  • Ensure compliance with HACCP and all health & safety procedures.

The Must Requirements to be Considered

  • Must have experience in Hospitality.
  • Must have experience in the same role or be ready to step forward in their career.
  • Previous experience working in a busy hotel, restaurant, or hospitality kitchen environment.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen operations.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Passionate about food quality and presentation.
  • Living in Ireland and have the right to work in ROI.
  • Visa and relocation packages are not provided.
