Chef de Partie – The Burren
Salary: €35,000 + Accommodation Provided
The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for a Chef de Partie in the Burren region.
This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and career-driven chef to join a high-quality kitchen environment, ideally suited to candidates coming from a 4 or 5-star hotel background or strong fresh food operations.
The Role
- Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the daily running of the kitchen
- Take responsibility for a designated section and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality dishes
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness
- Assist with stock control, ordering, and minimising waste
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
- Contribute to menu development and daily specials where required
- Ensure all food is prepared and presented to the highest standard
Requirements to be Considered
- Must have experience in hospitality
- Must have experience as a Chef de Partie or strong experience as a Commis Chef ready to step up
- Experience in a 4 or 5-star hotel or high-quality kitchen environment is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen operations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-standard environment
- Living in Ireland with the right to work in ROI
- Visa and relocation packages are not provided

Additional Information
- The hotel operates on a seasonal basis and is closed from December to February
