The Noel Group are currently recruiting a Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team in the Lounge at a 5-Star hotel in Dublin City Centre.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a five-star hotel environment within a stylish and contemporary lounge setting that focuses on high-quality, relaxed dining. The Lounge offers an all-day menu of modern dishes, light plates and classic favourites, complemented by a strong cocktail and drinks offering.
The role would suit a Chef de Partie with strong bistro or upscale casual dining experience who enjoys working with quality ingredients in a busy but professional kitchen.
Key Responsibilities of a Chef De Partie:
- Prepare, cook and present dishes to a consistently high standard
- Take responsibility for a designated section of the kitchen
- Work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to deliver quality service
- Maintain excellent food hygiene and kitchen safety standards
- Support junior chefs and contribute to a positive kitchen culture
- Assist with menu development and seasonal updates
- Ensure mise en place is organised and service runs smoothly
Requirements of a Chef De Partie
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie
- Experience in bistro, brasserie, hotel lounge or upscale casual dining environments
- Passion for high-quality food and presentation
- Strong organisational skills and ability to work under pressure
- Have a positive and professional attitude
- Knowledge of food safety and kitchen best practices
Benefits of the role:
- €36,000 – €38,000 salary, depending on experience
- 39 – 45 hours per week, depending on business levels and time of year
