Job Title: Chef de Partie
Location: Dublin
Salary: €37,000 per annum

The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for a talented Chef de Partie to join a 5-star hotel in Dublin.

This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and driven chef to join a luxury property renowned for its exceptional culinary standards, premium ingredients, and outstanding guest experience. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality dishes while working within a professional and structured kitchen environment.

As Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for managing your designated section of the kitchen, ensuring consistency, quality, and presentation at the highest level. You will work closely with senior chefs and support junior team members while maintaining smooth kitchen operations.

Key Duties

• Take full responsibility for a specific section of the kitchen.

• Prepare and present dishes to a consistently high standard.

• Ensure quality, portion control, and presentation meet 5-star expectations.

• Assist senior chefs in maintaining efficient kitchen operations.

• Supervise and support junior kitchen staff.

• Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness.

• Assist with stock control, ordering, and minimising waste.

• Contribute to menu development and innovation where required.

• Work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

The Must Requirements to be Considered

• Must have experience in hospitality, ideally within a 4 or 5 hotel or high-end restaurant**.

• Must have experience in the same role or be ready to step forward in their career.

• Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety standards.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

• Passion for high-quality food and attention to detail.

• Living in Ireland and have the right to work in ROI.

• Visa and relocation packages are not provided.
