Chef de Partie

Noel Group is currently recruiting for a dedicated and creative Chef de Partie on behalf of a prestigious 5-star hotel located in County Kildare, just outside Dublin.

Set across an expansive estate in the Irish countryside, this well-established destination is renowned for its high standards, refined dining experiences, and commitment to excellence. This is an exciting opportunity to join a progressive culinary team within a property that offers multiple dining outlets and strong career progression opportunities.

The Role

As Chef de Partie, you will take full responsibility for your designated section within the kitchen, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene are consistently delivered.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Taking ownership of your section and ensuring its smooth day-to-day operation
  • Preparing ingredients and dishes to required specifications and standards
  • Minimising waste and maintaining strong stock control practices
  • Ensuring all special guest requests are delivered accurately and efficiently
  • Contributing ideas and engaging in continuous improvement within the kitchen team
  • Storing goods correctly and maintaining full compliance with HACCP regulations
  • Promoting a respectful, inclusive, and positive working environment
  • Working both independently and collaboratively within a close-knit team

The Ideal Candidate

  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef ready to step up (hotel experience advantageous)
  • Genuine passion for food and high-quality ingredients
  • Strong understanding of HACCP procedures and food safety standards
  • Ability to perform well under pressure in a busy kitchen environment
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Fluent English (spoken and written)
  • Flexibility with working hours (Evenings, Weekends, etc.)
