The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for a Chef de Partie in Tralee.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated culinary professional to join a high-performing kitchen team, delivering exceptional food experiences to guests.
The Duties:

Prepare and present dishes to the highest standard in line with the restaurant’s menu and service style.

Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations.

Maintain kitchen hygiene and ensure compliance with food safety regulations.

Assist with inventory management, stock rotation, and ordering supplies as required.

Mentor and support junior kitchen staff when necessary.

Contribute to menu development and seasonal specials.
The Must-Have Requirements to Be Considered:

Proven experience in hospitality.

Experience as a Chef de Partie, or ready to step forward in your culinary career.

Must be living in Ireland and have the right to work in ROI.

Visa is not provided.

Salary & Benefits:
