The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the catering industry to search for a talented Chef de Partie in Cork. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated chef to join a professional kitchen delivering high-quality, innovative cuisine in a Monday to Friday daytime role. The client is renowned for their commitment to culinary excellence, offering a supportive and dynamic working environment with a focus on career development and training.

The Duties

  • Prepare and cook dishes to a consistently high standard, focusing on Asian and international cuisines

  • Assist in menu planning, recipe development, and seasonal ingredient integration

  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, organisation, and kitchen safety

  • Support and collaborate with the kitchen brigade to ensure smooth and efficient service

  • Contribute to the development of junior kitchen staff and uphold the client’s quality standards

The Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a high-volume or fine-dining environment

  • Strong skills in Asian or international cuisine

  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment

  • Excellent time management and organisation skills

  • Living in Ireland with the right to work in ROI

  • Visa and relocation packages are not provided

Salary & Benefits
