Position: Chef de Partie
Location: North County Dublin (Coastal)
Industry: Hospitality (4* Hotel)
Salary: €36,000 per annum
Hours: Full-time, 45 hours per week, 5 days over 7 (including weekends and public holidays)
Overview
A busy 4-star hotel in North County Dublin is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join its professional kitchen team. The role offers the chance to work across a variety of food services, from breakfast to banqueting, in a fast-paced and well-established operation.
Key Responsibilities

Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations.

Prepare dishes for breakfast, carvery, bar menu, restaurant service, banquets, and events.

Maintain food preparation and storage to HACCP standards.

Assist with menu preparation and implementation of seasonal and industry trends.

Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service.
Requirements

2-3 years’ experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role within a hotel or busy food service environment.

Strong knowledge of food preparation and current industry trends.

HACCP knowledge and compliance.

Ability to multi-task and assist across all kitchen sections when required.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
