Noel Group is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join our clients team. As a chef de partie, you will play a crucial role in the kitchen team, ensuring the highest standards of food preparation and presentation.

Key responsibilities:

  • Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes within your specialty.
  • Assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in creating and developing new menu items.
  • Ensuring the kitchen maintains high standards of health and safety, including hygiene.
  • Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins.
  • Ordering and managing stock for your section.
  • Ensuring consistent quality and standards in all dishes served.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a high-volume, environment.
  • Culinary school diploma or equivalent qualification
  • Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and as part of a team.
