We are currently recruiting for a Chef de Partie. As Chef de Partie you will play a crucial role in our culinary team, supporting the Head Chef in preparing and presenting delicious meals to the employees of a pharmaceutical plant. Your passion for cooking, attention to detail, and dedication to food safety will be essential in ensuring the satisfaction of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and cooking of high-quality meals for employees in the pharmaceutical plant.
  • Prepare and handle food according to established safety and hygiene standards.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative and appealing menu items.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to sanitation guidelines.
  • Ensure proper storage and rotation of ingredients.
  • Assist in managing inventory and placing food orders when necessary.
  • Support in training junior kitchen staff.
  • Contribute to maintaining a positive and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a professional kitchen.
  • Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
  • Excellent cooking skills and a passion for creating delicious dishes.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Flexibility in work hours and willingness to adapt to changing demands.
