We are currently recruiting for a Chef de Partie. As Chef de Partie you will play a crucial role in our culinary team, supporting the Head Chef in preparing and presenting delicious meals to the employees of a pharmaceutical plant. Your passion for cooking, attention to detail, and dedication to food safety will be essential in ensuring the satisfaction of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of high-quality meals for employees in the pharmaceutical plant.
- Prepare and handle food according to established safety and hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative and appealing menu items.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to sanitation guidelines.
- Ensure proper storage and rotation of ingredients.
- Assist in managing inventory and placing food orders when necessary.
- Support in training junior kitchen staff.
- Contribute to maintaining a positive and collaborative work environment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a professional kitchen.
- Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Excellent cooking skills and a passion for creating delicious dishes.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility in work hours and willingness to adapt to changing demands.
